The toboggan run starts at Schweinestberg. You can easily reach the start either via the Streubödenbahn cable car and the Streuböden winter hiking trail or from the Fieberbrunn mountain railway car park via the Lauchseerunde winter hiking trail and on foot (3 km / 310 m elevation gain / 1 hour 30 minutes walking time).
