The Int. Brixental Balloon Cup 2026 presents a diverse program centered around the fascination of hot air balloons. Passenger and competition flights take place daily at 08:00 a.m. and 05:00 p.m. The prices are € 290,- for morning flights and € 250,- for evening flights. The event program includes numerous highlights:
On Saturday, 19.09.2026, a welcoming flight of the balloons will take place starting at 08:00 a.m. From 10:00 a.m., model balloons will be presented at the village square, accompanied by an award for decorated shop windows.
On Sunday, 20.09.2026, additional model balloons will be the focus at the village square starting at 10:00 a.m. A children's festival will take place at the launch field from 01:30 p.m., before the joint balloon launch in Kirchberg occurs at 05:00 p.m.
On Tuesday, 22.09.2026, a sunrise flight will be conducted starting at 06:15 a.m.
On Wednesday, 23.09.2026, the “Night of the Balloons” will take place at the launch field in Kirchberg at 07:30 p.m. (alternative date Thursday, 24.09.2026). Live music from 05:30 p.m. - 07:30 p.m. on the terrace of the Seefeldstube;
